AN ORDINANCE AMENDING NOTICE PROCEDURE BY CHANGING THE MAILING REQUIREMENT FROM “REGISTERED MAIL” TO “CERTIFIED MAIL” IN SECTION 13-505 OF CHPT. 13, NUISANCES; ARTICLE 5, NOTICE PROCEDURE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF STONEWALL AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY ON THIS DATE.

Approved during the regular meeting by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Stonewall this 11 day of May, 2017.
