NOTICE OF TIME LIMIT FOR FILING EXCEPTION
OR ELECTION TO TAKE PROPERTY AT APPRAISEMENT
The defendant's named above will take notice that the Commissioners appointed by the Court in the above styled cause have filed a Report with the Court Clerk on the 29th day of December, 2025, which Report states that a partition of the real property involved in this action cannot be made, and making an appraisement and valuation of said property, a copy of said Report being attached to this Notice.
Said defendant?s above named will further take notice that the time limit for filing an exception to the Report of Commissioners and the time limit for filing an election to take the property at the appraised value, is not later than twenty (20) days from the date said Report of Commissioners was filed.
