NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Shane Campbell, Successor Personal Representative of the Estate of Preston L. Campbell, deceased, has made a Return of Sale to this Court, and presented it for confirmation as Successor Personal Representative to Christopher and Melissa Tarron for the sum of $84,000.00 pursuant to an Order of Sale entered on October 28, 2025, of the following described real property situated in Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma:
A part of the E/2 SW/4 SW/4 and part of the SW/4 SW/4 SW/4 of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 5 East, described as follows: Beginning 480 feet East of the Southwest corner of the SW/4 SW/4 SW/4; thence North 225 feet; thence East 180 feet; thence North 1095 feet; thence East 660 feet; thence South 660 feet; thence West 330 feet; thence North 176 feet; thence West 209 feet; thence South 836 feet; thence West along the South line of the SW/4 SW/4 to the point of beginning
and that a hearing has been set for the 5th day of January 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Pontotoc County Courthouse in Ada, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and contest the same. Reference is to the Return for further particulars.
