COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, Peter Paul Peek and Connie Mae Peek, husband and wife, by and through their attorney of record, Kristin R. Jarman, and requests the Court to set the above style and numbered cause for hearing on their Final Decree of Partition. The Court, being fully advised in the premises FINDS that the same should be set for hearing on a date and time certain.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Decree of Partition be set for hearing before the undersigned Judge of the District Court on the 3rd day of February 2026 at 1:30 p.m.
