YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition has been filed alleging that the above-named minor child is a Deprived Child and that, as the parent (or alleged parent) of said Child, you have been named as Respondent.
YOU ARE THEREFORE ORDERED TO APPEAR at the Choctaw Nation District Court, 2250 Chukka Hina Dr., Durant, OK 74701, on the 9th day of February, 2026, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., and to there remain subject to the call of the Court until discharged so that you may be advised of the allegations contained in the petition and may answer that you admit or deny the allegations of the petition. Be advised, you may seek the advice of an attorney on any matter relating to this action at your own expense, or you may be eligible for a court-appointed attorney.
