NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CASE NUMBER: PZ-26-02-01

Notice is hereby given that the Ada Municipal Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Ada City Hall, 231 S. Townsend, Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma at which time and place parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard in reference to the following Petition:

The following described property:

A part of the SW/4 SW/4 SW/4 of Section 15, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SW/4 SW/4 SW/4 of Section 15, Township 4 North, Range 6 East; thence East a distance of 266 feet; thence North a distance of 150 feet; thence East a distance of 100 feet; thence North a distance of 216 feet; thence West a distance of 366 feet; thence South a distance of 366 feet to the point of beginning.

Generally addressed as 720 Tower Road.

The above is a Petition for the review and approval of a Request for a Preliminary Plat submitted by Marvin Yee.

Further notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ada will hold a public hearing to consider the recommendations of the Planning Commission at its regular meeting on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ada City Hall, 231 S. Townsend, Ada, Oklahoma 74820.

_ LEGAL NOTICE Invitation to Bid Project Name:Rehabilitate Runway 18-36 Airport:Ada Regional Airport Location: Ada, Oklahoma Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the above items will be received by the City of Ada, Oklahoma until 2:00 P.M. local time, August 21, 2024 at the City of Ada Purchasing Department at 512 North Stockton Avenue, Ada, Oklahoma 74820. Any bids that will be mailed in shall be received no later than 2:00 P.M. local time, August 21, 2024. In the lower left-hand corner of the sealed proposal envelope, include the following project title: Rehabilitate Runway 18-36 Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 PM at the Ada Regional Airport Terminal Building, 300 Ray Stout Blvd., Ada, Oklahoma 74820. The successful bidder must comply with requirements set out in the contract documents including all Federally Required Contract Provisions including but not limited to the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis Bacon Requirements, Affirmative Action Requirements, Government wide Debarment and Suspension, Government-wide Requirements for a Drug-free Workplace, and Non- Segregated Facilities Requirements. Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents are open to the public for viewing at the Ada Regional Airport. Plans and specifications can be purchased at www.deltaairport.com. Plans and Specifications are available for purchase in both hardcopy and digital (PDF) formats. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn prior to October 15, 2024. Questions may be submitted until August 13, 2024 to the Engineer in writing using the Bidder Question Form. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
