NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING
AND SETTING INFORMAL CONFERENCE

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the applicant for a Permit Application to engage in surface mining and reclamation operations, Covia Solutions, LLC (“Applicant”) and to all proper objectors to the application for a permit to engage in surface mining and reclamation in the following parcels of land:

Sections 18, 19, 20, 29 and 30, Township 2 North, Range 5 East, in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma; Sections 13 and 24, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma; Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, Murray County Oklahoma; Section 18, Township 1 North, Range 5 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma; Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma; Section 1 and 12, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, Murray County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That an Informal Conference for Permit Application, Case No. PREV 26-02-IC, is set before Lathonya Shivers, Informal Conference Officer, for Friday, the 13th day of February, 2026, to be held at the Ada Public Library (Small McKeel Room), located at 124 S. Rennie St., Ada, Oklahoma, 74820, to begin at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
