In accordance with Title 37A, Oklahoma Statues, Section 2-141, Prestige Beer, Wine and Spirits LP, 1721 Stonebriar Dr. ADA, OK 74820 a/an limited partnership hereby publishes notice of their intention to apply within sixty days from this date to the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission for a Retail Package Liquor Store under authority of and in compliance with the said Act: That they intends, if granted such license to operate as a Retail Package Liquor Store establishment with business premises located at 1721 Stonebriar Dr. Ada, OK, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma under business name of Prestige Beer, Wine and Spirits. Dated this July, day of 24, 2026.
