AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

COMES NOW, Andrew Moon, Personal Representative of the Estate of Billy Ray Moon, Deceased, having filed in this Court his First and Final Account, Petition for Decree of Distribution, Approval of Attorney's Fees, Costs And Expenses, Approval of Personal Representative's Expenses and Discharge of Personal Representative; the hearing of same is hereby set for hearing by the Court on the 17th day of July, 2026, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., in the District Courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the Pontotoc County Courthouse. Notice by publication and mailing should be given according to law to all persons interested in said Estate to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said First and Final Account should not be settled and allowed; the heirs of the Decedent should not be finally determined; the Attorney's fees, Court Expenses and fees should not be allowed; the Estate should not be distributed; the Approval of Personal Representative Expenses should not be approved; and, the Personal Representative should not be discharged.
