PETITION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION, APPROVAL OF ATTORNEYS' FEES, COSTS, AND
EXPENSES, APPROVAL OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S EXPENSES AND
DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Notice is hereby given that Andrew Moon, Personal Representative of the Estate of Billy Ray Moon, Deceased, having filed in this Court his Notice for Hearing First and Final Account, Petition for Decree of Distribution, Approval of Attorney's Fees, Costs And Expenses, Approval of Personal Representative's Expenses and Discharge of Personal Representative, the hearing thereof has been set by the Court for the 17th day of July, 2026, at 1:00 o'clock, p.m., in the District Courtroom of the undersigned Judge at the Pontotoc County Courthouse, 120 W. 13th Street Ada, Oklahoma 74820, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said First and Final Account should not be settled and allowed; the heirs of the Decedent should not be finally determined; the Attorney's fees, Court Expenses and fees should not be allowed; the Estate should not be distributed; the Approval of Personal Representative's Expenses should not be approved; and, the Personal Representative should not be discharged.
