NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CASE NUMBER ZBA-26-07-01

Notice is hereby given that an application for a hearing before the Ada Board of Adjustment of the City of Ada, Oklahoma, has been filed by Carson & Christina Thetford for the following described property:

Lots 2 & 3, Block 7 Capital Hill Addition.

An application for a variance from the City of Ada Code of Ordinance, Section 58-446.d. more specifically pertaining to fence height and placement.
A hearing on this application will be held by the Ada Board of Adjustment at the next meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. at Ada City Hall, City Council Chambers, 231 S. Townsend, Ada, OK 74820.
