PUBLIC NOTICE
All persons having an indebtedness of claim against THE CITY OF ADA/ADA PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY/ OR OTHER AGENCIES/ AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF ADA, OKLAHOMA are hereby notified that all invoices and documentation pertaining to said purchase order or contract must be recorded in the PURCHASING OFFICE OF THE CITY OF ADA, 512 N. STOCKTON, ADA, OK 74820 580/436-8042 on or before September 30, 2026, covering all debts now unpaid and incurred during the period beginning on July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026, or said account shall be void and forever barred.
