The INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS, BID FORM, BOND FORMS, FORM OF CONTRACT, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, ADDENDA and other CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at Redland Childers Architects at 413 W. 12th Street, Ada, Oklahoma.
Prospective Bidders may pick up bidding documents at the Architect's Office, Redland Childers Architects PC, 413 W. 12th Street, Ada, Oklahoma. Prints of plans and/or specifications may be obtained for $4.00 per sheet for plans and $.25 per sheet for specifications; not refundable. An electronic PDF version of bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect.
The bidder must agree in writing that any bids submitted by him will be irrevocable until the Contract has been awarded or all bids have been rejected. The period for this determination will not exceed thirty (30) days after date of bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to Stonewall Public Schools U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities.
