You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court, of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2026-114, styled "Tinker Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff v. Leah B. Qualls and Donald Qualls, Defendants". The action alleges that Defendants are indebted to Tinker Federal Credit Union in the amount of $37,432.57 for Claim One and $8,777.14 for Claim Two as of April 29, 2026.
You and/or your unknown successors are hereby notified that you have been sued in this action and must answer the Petition filed by Plaintiff on or before SEPTEMBER 21, 2026 or the facts contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered in favor of Tinker Federal Credit Union.
