TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in the Estate of Clayton B. Whitlock, Sr., Deceased:
You are notified that on this 11th day of March 2025, BRENDA ROUTT (âPetitionerâ) filed in this Court her Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative, Determination of Heirs, Issuance of Letters of Special Administration, Notice to Creditors, Final Account, Distribution and Discharge (the âPetitionâ), praying the Court to:
*Dispense with the regular estate proceedings and appoint Petitioner as the Personal Representative to serve without bond pursuant to 58 O.S. § 171.
*Determine a date for hearing the Petition and Order that Notice thereof be given as required by 58 O.S. § 246.
*Determine the heirs, devisees, and legatees of Clayton B. Whitlock, Sr., Deceased, and, in due course, distribute the Estate of Clayton B. Whitlock, Sr. in accordance with Oklahoma?s laws of intestacy, and discharge the Personal Representative.
*Petitioner alleges that Decedent, Clayton B. Whitlock, died intestate after reaching the age of majority on or about September 26, 2023, as a resident of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma.
*Petitioner alleges the Estate of Clayton B. Whitlock is eligible for summary administration under 58 O.S. § 245 et seq., because the value of the estate is less than or equal to Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
*Petitioner seeks to be named Personal Representative of the Estate of Clayton B. Whitlock, Sr., Deceased.

*The general description and probable value of the property of the Estate of Clayton B. Whitlock, Sr., Deceased, is: a one-third (1/3) interest in real property situated in Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma valued at less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00). Decedent owned no other property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court.
*Notice is hereby given that final hearing on the Petition will be held on the 5th day of January 2026, at 9:00 a.m., before the Honorable Judge Steve Kessinger in the Pontotoc County Courthouse at 120 W. 13th Street, Ada, OK.
*Any person receiving this Notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner at the office of her attorney, Joseph P. Krodel, at 100 N. Broadway Avenue, Suite 1700, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition. Any person receiving this Notice who does not object need not appear or otherwise respond.
*If an objection is filed before this hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
*The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented to the Personal Representative no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the Order admitting the Petition and Combined Notice.
